General motors agreed to sell the Saab to Spyker company

January 26, General Motors Corporation announced that the company will sell Sweden’s Saab (SAAB) to Dutch sports car maker Spyker, thereby eliminating a few weeks of uncertainty surrounding the business.

Spyker on the same day issued a statement, agreed to 400 million U.S. dollars acquisition of GM’s Saab, which includes 7,400 million in cash.
